Welcome to Die Carz. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Die Carz mobile application, website, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. About Die Carz

Die Carz is an independent platform for collectors of die-cast cars. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party manufacturer, including but not limited to any toy brand.

All third-party trademarks, product names, and logos appearing within the Service are the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by Die Carz.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it updated.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of the content you submit (photos, posts, comments, car metadata, etc.).
• By submitting content, you grant Die Carz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, distribute, publish, display, and create derivative works from that content for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.
• Catalog contributions (such as car metadata, photos, and corrections) remain part of the permanent Die Carz database and will not be deleted, even if you delete your account.
• Posts will be deleted if you delete your account. Comments may remain visible but will no longer be linked to your profile.

5. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or violates these Terms. Specifically, you must not use the Service in connection with:

1. Terrorism-related offences – including promoting, supporting, or glorifying terrorism.
2. Child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA) – including grooming, sharing, or facilitating child sexual abuse material, or any content harmful to children.
3. Pornographic or harmful content – including pornography, or material that promotes suicide, serious self-harm, or eating disorders.
4. Harassment or abuse – including stalking, making threats, harassment, or abuse towards individuals or groups.
5. Hate offences – including racial, religious, gender-based, or other discriminatory hate speech.
6. Controlling or coercive behaviour.
7. Drugs and substances – including promoting or facilitating the use of illegal drugs or psychoactive substances.
8. Weapons offences – including knives, firearms, explosives, or other dangerous weapons.
9. Unlawful immigration and trafficking – including human trafficking or smuggling.
10. Sexual exploitation of adults – including non-consensual sharing of intimate or explicit images.
11. Violence – including promoting violence against humans, animals, or fictional characters, or providing instructions for violent activity.
12. Dangerous activities – including stunts, challenges, or instructions that may cause harm.
13. Proceeds of crime – including money laundering or other illegal financial transactions.
14. Fraud and scams – including identity theft, phishing, scams, or fraudulent activity.
15. Foreign interference – including disinformation campaigns, election manipulation, or espionage.
16. Animal cruelty – including promoting harm to animals.
17. Spam and chain communications – including chain letters, junk mail, spam, or contacting people without their consent.

6. Content Moderation

We may monitor, review, or remove any content submitted to the Service at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including where content violates these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Die Carz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your own content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict your access to the Service, at any time and without liability, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representations regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Die Carz and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
